Booking Appointments:
- Scheduling is easy! You can book counseling sessions online or by contacting us directly.
- Appointments are confirmed once we receive your payment. This payment might be a partial or full amount, depending on the appointment type and duration.
- Heads up! Make sure the info you provide during booking is accurate.
Payments:
- We use Razorpay, a secure payment gateway, to process payments for our counseling services.
- Depending on the appointment, you might need to make a partial or full payment at the time of booking.
- Don’t worry, your payment details are safe! Razorpay uses encryption to keep everything confidential.
Cancellations:
- Things come up, we get it! But if you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand.
- Late cancellations? Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
- Refunds? We’ve got you covered! We’ll process refunds according to our cancellation policy within 5 business days using your original payment method. However, refunds won’t be issued for cancellations within the timeframe mentioned above or for partial payments made during booking.
Psychometric Test Reports:
- In addition to counseling sessions, you can request a separate psychometric test and report.
- Want the test? Just let us know during your appointment or through our online platform.
- Note: Once you request a report, the fee for it is non-refundable.
- You’ll get your report fast! We’ll deliver it to you via email or through our secure online platform within 24 hours of your request.
- Privacy is important! The information in your report is confidential, just like your counseling sessions. We won’t share it with anyone without your permission, except as required by law.
- Disclaimer: While we try our best to make sure the reports are accurate and reliable, they are based on information you provide and standardized assessment tools. Don’t make any major life decisions solely based on the report; talk to a qualified professional too.
Confidentiality:
- Your privacy is our top priority. We follow strict confidentiality standards as per professional counseling ethics and Indian law.
- Anything you share during counseling sessions and psychometric tests stays confidential. We won’t disclose it to anyone without your permission, except as required by law.
Just a heads up:
- Our counseling services are provided by qualified professionals who are experts in various counseling approaches.
- We aim to provide effective counseling, but individual results may vary. Counseling is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you have medical or psychiatric concerns, please seek appropriate professional help.

Law and Stuff:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thalassery, Kannur India.
